Käufe erfolgen über den Apple App Store bzw. Google Play; Widerruf und Erstattung laufen daher praktisch über den jeweiligen Store. Diese Seite fasst zusammen, wie du eine Erstattung anforderst, und enthält ergänzend die gesetzliche Widerrufsbelehrung für einen etwaigen Direktvertrag mit dem Anbieter.

Kauf, Widerruf und Erstattung laufen über den Store

Die kostenpflichtigen Abonnements (Prayerboard Local, Prayerboard Cloud) werden über den Apple App Store bzw. Google Play gekauft und abgerechnet. Vertragspartner des Kaufs ist der jeweilige Store-Betreiber. Widerruf und Erstattung der Zahlung erfolgen daher über den jeweiligen Store:

Gesetzliche Widerrufsbelehrung (für einen etwaigen Direktvertrag mit dem Anbieter)

Soweit ausnahmsweise ein Vertrag über eine kostenpflichtige Leistung unmittelbar mit dem Anbieter (Marcel Magens) zustande kommt, gilt für Verbraucher das folgende Widerrufsrecht:

Widerrufsrecht. Sie haben das Recht, binnen vierzehn Tagen ohne Angabe von Gründen diesen Vertrag zu widerrufen. Die Widerrufsfrist beträgt vierzehn Tage ab dem Tag des Vertragsabschlusses. Um Ihr Widerrufsrecht auszuüben, müssen Sie uns (Marcel Magens, Hasenweg 9, 25365 Klein Offenseth-Sparrieshoop, E-Mail: kontakt@prayerboard.de) mittels einer eindeutigen Erklärung (z. B. Brief oder E-Mail) über Ihren Entschluss informieren. Zur Wahrung der Frist genügt die rechtzeitige Absendung der Mitteilung.

Folgen des Widerrufs. Wenn Sie diesen Vertrag widerrufen, haben wir Ihnen alle Zahlungen, die wir von Ihnen erhalten haben, unverzüglich und spätestens binnen vierzehn Tagen ab Zugang Ihrer Widerrufsmitteilung zurückzuzahlen (mit demselben Zahlungsmittel wie bei der ursprünglichen Transaktion, ohne Entgelte).

Vorzeitiges Erlöschen (digitale Produkte). Bei digitalen Inhalten/Dienstleistungen erlischt das Widerrufsrecht vorzeitig, wenn Sie (1) ausdrücklich zugestimmt haben, dass mit der Ausführung vor Ablauf der Widerrufsfrist begonnen wird, und (2) bestätigt haben, dass Sie dadurch Ihr Widerrufsrecht verlieren. Bei sofortiger Freischaltung des Abos ist dies regelmäßig der Fall.

Withdrawal & Refunds

Purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play; withdrawal and refunds are therefore handled in practice via the respective store. This page summarises how to request a refund and additionally contains the statutory withdrawal notice for any direct contract with the Provider.

Purchase, Withdrawal, and Refunds Are Handled via the Store

The paid subscriptions (Prayerboard Local, Prayerboard Cloud) are purchased and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. The contractual party to the purchase is the respective store operator. Withdrawal and refund of the payment are therefore handled via the respective store:

Statutory Withdrawal Notice (for Any Direct Contract with the Provider)

Insofar as, by way of exception, a contract for a paid service is concluded directly with the Provider (Marcel Magens), the following right of withdrawal applies to consumers:

Right of withdrawal. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of conclusion of the contract. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Marcel Magens, Hasenweg 9, 25365 Klein Offenseth-Sparrieshoop, Germany, email: kontakt@prayerboard.de) of your decision by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter or an email). To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send your notification before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal. If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal (using the same means of payment as in the original transaction, without any fees).

Early expiry (digital products). In the case of digital content/services, the right of withdrawal expires early if you (1) expressly consented to performance beginning before the withdrawal period expires, and (2) confirmed that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. This is regularly the case where the subscription is activated immediately.
